Enviropeel Ingress & Corrosion Control System
With built-in corrosion-inhibitors and a tough impermeable barrier coating, Enviropeel prevents the ingress of dust, water and other contaminants in rotating systems such as bearings, prevents corrosion in flanges and bolted systems and protects stored equipment. Enviropeel applications have eliminated failure rates in stored assemblies and significantly increased equipment and component lifetimes.
Enviropeel – Thermoplastic System
The Enviropeel System was the first system of its kind in the world. Its innovative approach allows active protection to be applied on site and on to objects of any shape or size. Slow release corrosion inhibitors, a tough, impermeable barrier coating and ease of application open up new possibilities for long-term protection in wide range of industries.
A solid at normal temperatures, the Enviropeel material is melted in a computer-controlled application unit allowing it to be sprayed on to any substrate, forming a perfectly fitting ‘second skin.’ The system prevents the ingress of dust, water and other contaminants into static and rotating systems such as bearings, eliminates corrosion in marine environments and prevents the deterioration of stored components and equipment.

Radolid® Protection Caps are used to eliminate corrosion of nuts and bolts and allow quick removal when necessary. These caps are easily installed by pressing the cap onto the bolted joint by hand. Radolid® Caps barbed edges snap in place, preventing the caps from accidentally being removed.
Radolid® Caps are manufactured with low density UV-resistant polyethylene and are reusable and can be reapplied 2-3 times. To ensure against corrosion from condensation accumulating in the caps. Radolid® Protection Caps will keep nuts and bolts corrosion free for years.
